Dr. Frazer is a dedicated and compassionate physician whose career has been defined by a deep commitment to patient-centered care, military service, and community outreach. A graduate of Ledyard High School, he began his academic journey at Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania, where he laid the groundwork for his medical career. He went on to earn his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine while simultaneously completing a Master of Business Administration in Medical Management from St. Joseph’s University.

After completing his education, Dr. Frazer relocated to Florida to pursue a residency in family medicine. He then entered private practice, where over the course of 13 years he distinguished himself as a leading family physician. His compassionate care and community involvement earned him numerous accolades, including the Children’s Hero Award and the South Florida Business Journal’s Community Outreach Award. He was also featured on Miami’s ABC News affiliate for his impactful contributions to the community.

In addition to his civilian medical practice, Dr. Frazer serves as a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force Reserves, where he holds the rank of officer. In this role, he provides critical medical support to pilots and airmen ensuring the operational readiness of military personnel. He has earned multiple awards and distinguished honors for his leadership, excellence, and dedication to service, including Field Grade Officer of the Year from Homestead Air Reserve Base. 

Driven by a desire to prioritize family, Dr. Frazer made the heartfelt decision to return to Connecticut to be closer to his father and allow his son to build a meaningful relationship with his grandfather. Tragically, within three years of his return, his father passed away from COVID-19.

In tribute to his father’s values and legacy, Dr. Frazer founded the Guardian Health Center, built on the principle that all patients deserve dignity and respect. He is devoted to providing an old-fashioned patient experience—one where individuals can maintain a lifelong relationship with their physician, whether in the office or during a hospital stay.

Through the Guardian Health Center, Dr. Frazer continues to honor his father’s legacy while upholding the highest standards of compassionate, comprehensive care.
