Take a holistic, structured approach to GLP- 1 therapy. We offer individualized assessments and regular touch points covering nutrition coaching, safety monitoring, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
Guided GLP-1 Care: Nutrition, Safety, Support

Baseline: labs and intake visit to confirm safety.
Start: injection training and 24–72 hour check by RN.
Titration: frequent early check‑ins and symptom support; RDN nutrition visit within 2 weeks if needed.
Monitoring: weight checks and labs per schedule; monthly to quarterly follow‑ups.

Complete baseline labs before first dose
Attend scheduled check‑ins or complete portal check‑ins weekly during titration.
Report severe symptoms immediately
Follow basic nutrition guidance
